We propose to change all eight similar lights which is around the same duration of usage because our experience shows us that these lights have similar lifespan like our cars, after a few years all the parts will subject to wear and tear. The owner agreed to replace all; we agreed it's better this way rather than to hire us or other electrician to fix up the other lights (cost more) when the house's power trip again. We came here to inspect a water heater in Bukit Jelutong. There is light on the water heater but there is no water flowing out. It turn out that the steel piping for the water in flow is block; we have replaced it and the water supply is back.
